you look at me
unknowingly
two hundred years away,
i look back at
the anguish
that you lived through with each day
the books they show me pictures
but i just don't understand
their righteousness of evil
spread as moss throughout the land
if time were not in question
back in time of great despair
i'd risk my life with sweat on brow
your flight to life and care
and now dear kin before me
rest your sorrows 'ever more
as our GOD forever holds you safe - beyond
sweet heaven's door
